Hey there chickpea!

You may be new to my little corner of the internet, so here's some things you should know before you dive into my blog. . .

My name is Brooke. I'm an ethical vegan.  I have studied Sports Nutrition for 6 months, which enables me to give meal plan guidance, but I am not a dietitian, nutritionist or anything of the sort, nor do I claim to be. I am also studying to become a personal trainer.

Check out what this site is all about + what my mission is.

I'm all about self-care + self-acceptance because I have experience with mental illnesses (namely, BPD, EDNOS, Depression, Anxiety + Psychosis), so I know what it's like to self harm, be suicidal, have delusions + disordered eating habits + it's NOT fun (think it's cool to have an eating disorder? Read this)!

Now that we've been properly introduced, grab a drink, get comfy + explore my blog (can't wait to get to know each other)! If you ever need to get in contact feel free to e-mail me at hello@brookejcowan.com.
